FIND YOUR PEOPLE.

FIND YOUR PEOPLE.

Healing, growth, and resilience happen through relationships.

"When we invest in young people, we don't just change individual lives — we strengthen families, neighborhoods, and the future of our communities."

— Glen Gonzalez, Founder

The Inti Project is a Washington-based youth development nonprofit helping young people build resilience through trauma-informed boxing, mentorship, mental wellness, and leadership development. We create safe, inclusive spaces where youth develop confidence, healthy relationships, emotional well-being, and the life skills they need to thrive.

Inspired by the Peruvian meaning of Inti
a symbol of light, hope, and new beginnings
our work is grounded in the belief that
No One Thrives Alone. Together with families, volunteers, educators, and community partners, we're strengthening the protective factors that help young people overcome adversity, discover their potential, and build brighter futures.

Every young
person deserves
someone who believes in them.

Every young person has a unique story, but resilience is rarely built alone.
Through trusted relationships, meaningful opportunities, and a supportive community, young people discover the confidence to overcome challenges and realize their potential.

Because lasting change begins with connection.

Being a peer mentor has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. It's inspiring to see how something as simple as showing up consistently can make such a lasting difference in a young person's life.

Before finding The Inti Project, I felt like I never had a place where I truly belonged. The mentorship and encouragement I got gave me the confidence to believe in myself and keep moving forward.

Since getting involved, I’ve seen such a positive change in my child. They’re more confident, more willing to try new things, and genuinely excited to be part of a community where they feel supported. As a parent, knowing there are caring adults in their corner means so much.
